Cargo ship found carrying weapons

The southern region's General Department of Viet Nam Customs marine control team found nearly 100 weapons hidden on a cargo ship in the Vung Tau sea.

They found 94 air guns and a gun stock hidden on the ship's bilge. Crew members failed to produce proper weapon licences.
An initial investigation revealed that the weapons belonged to two crew members. They purchased the weapons abroad and aimed to resell them.
The police asked the ship to anchor at Vung Tau City's port for further questioning.
