Saying goodbye

A solemn memorial service was held on Saturday at Van Duc pagoda in HCM City for the Most Venerable Thich Tri Tinh, who passed away on Friday at the age of 98. The Most Venerable had held positions as First Deputy Patriarch and Chairman of the Viet Nam Buddhist Sangha Executive Council, and Deputy Chairman of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee.
