Leaders' activities in March

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung will attend the third Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague, the Netherlands, from March 24-25 at the invitation of his Dutch counterpart Mark Rutte, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced at a press conference yesterday in Ha Noi.
His attendance aims to affirm Viet Nam's policy of using nuclear power for peaceful purposes and ensuring nuclear safety and security, while introducing the country's contributions to the international community's joint efforts.
Dung is scheduled to deliver a speech at the event and hold bilateral meetings with high-ranking leaders of several countries.
The foreign ministry also said that the National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung will attend the 130th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Geneva, Switzerland, from March 16 at the invitation of IPU President Abdel Wahad Radi.
