Vo Thanh Tung won his third gold medal at the ongoing Asian Para Games in Incheon, South Korea, yesterday.
The 29-year-old swimmer took the lead in the men's 100m freestyle with a time of 1:21.94 to bag the gold medal.
Earlier, he won two gold medals in the men's 50m backstroke with a timing of 42.62 seconds and the men's 200m freestyle event with 3:2.24.
Another Vietnamese swimmer Vo Huynh Anh Khoa won a bronze medal in the men's 400m freestyle event. Viet Nam's swimming team won a bronze medal in the men's 4x50m medley event.
So far, Viet Nam have won six gold, six silver and four bronze medals to rank ninth out of 41 nations and territories in the medal table.
