No more cars

Work begins on installing "no cars" signs at the Xuan Thuy-Ho Tung Mau intersection yesterday in Cau Giay District. Despite cars being banned by officials from entering the Cau Giay-Xuan Thuy route, a number of drivers have been seen using the street and have been instructed by police to divert their route.
