Sticky situation

The Bien Hoa Sugar Company has been caught red-handed by the Tay Ninh Environment Crime Prevention Police Department discharging untreated waste water directly into the Tay Ninh Canal that flows into the Vam Co Dong River. An estimated 10 cubic metres of waste water is being discharged daily into the canal. The photo shows authorities collecting water samples for testing at the scene.
