One person goes missing after boat flips over

One person was missing after a barge turned upside down at Son Duong Port in the central province of Ha Tinh early this morning.
The provincial Marine Administration Director Truong Minh Tuan said that both the cause of the accident and the number of casualties are yet to be established.
The administration has sent a team to salvage the barge which is owned by the Korean company Samsung C&T Corporation.
The company is building a sea dyke in Son Duong under a contract.
