NA chief meets Japanese delegation

National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung wants to improve ties between young Vietnamese and Japanese politicians.

Addressing a delegation of young parliamentarians from the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan, led by Matsumoto Yohei, in Ha Noi yesterday, Chairman Hung said he hoped they would help create a sustainable future for co-operation between the two countries.

Politburo member and Secretary of the Party Central Committee, President of the Viet Nam–Japan Friendship Parliamentary Alliance To Huy Rua (M) meets with a delegation of young parliamentarians from the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan in Ha Noi yesterday.
He also praised the outcomes of their discussions with Vietnamese counterparts, saying that they marked a new form of dialogue for raising mutual understanding.
Hung said Japan was Viet Nam's top economic partner and was an important partner in terms of national defence and security
